I don't think I've ever posted four days in a row before, but here I am on a Monday evening with a card to show - I usually just about manage two a week! Today's card is another quick one I made on Saturday using a Bella image from Digistamp Boutique - isn't she just a little cutie?! As soon as I saw her I thought she'd be lovely for a first birthday card and I've made this one for a colleagues little girl. I enlarged the image, printed directly onto my base card and then paper pieced parts of the image. I like it in real life but now I've uploaded the pic, I'm thinking it's a bit too CAS. Any suggestions?

I know what you mean about seeing it on the blog but it is always different in RL and with the paper piecing I think that is enough. Lovely card also the trouble is we are so used to seeing cards laidend with so much stuff (which is great as well) it is hard when you make a CAS card to feel it is not right BUT it is.
Also in answer to your question it is absoloutely fantastic being a Grandma.

I have been having a good catch up on the lovely things you have been creating over the last few days and I love the look of printing direct onto a card base. Must give this a try.
Sometimes I think there can be too much on a card and it becomes confused .. .. this is just perfect.
