Holly frame

Hi everyone, hope you're all well and having a good weekend. Thank you for all your lovely messages on my last post. Isn't it weird how one horrible comment can stick in your mind and shatter your (already shaky) confidence even when you've had lots of lovely comments too?!

My card today is a DT make for DigiStamp Boutique using one of the Christmas Frames that Sally-Ann brought out earlier this year. They're absolutely perfect for CAS cards. I resized the image in Craft Artist and printed two so that I could decoupage the holly and bow. Quick and easy as usual!

That's it from me for now but, as it's half term, I hope to be around a bit more this week - yay!!
Thanks for visiting

Katina, I am so sorry to read about the negative comment - there is no excuse for such dreadful behaviour. Your creations are always perfection - maybe that person was jealous of your talent.
Love this Holly card - the colours are gorgeous, and the 3-d effect really makes the image pop.
Enjoy your half-term hols. (I will be looking after the grandchildren)!!
Hugs, Sylvia xx

This is such a delightful card, Katina. I'm so sorry to hear that your confidence has been knocked by a thoughtless and negative comment and hope you will soon be back up on that creative "horse"!

All the best

Hi Katina, I've just read your last couple of posts and isn't it awful how horrible some people can be, best to delete, ignore and never think of them again. They are not worth wasting energy on. This hobby is s'posed to relieve our stress not add to it!

Card is totally gorgeous, as always. Enjoy your half term,

Liz x

I don't know what that horrible person said to you, nor do I want to. I just wanted to say that I have just found your blog via digistamp boutique. You have absolutely nothing to worry about with regard to your designs, I have looked back through your blog posts and didn't find a single thing that I didn't love. Carry on doing just what you are doing cause you are doing it just fine! Am about to become a follower so I can replace one of the ones you lost along the way. Many regards
Diane

I love this card. I'm not sure if it is a digital shadow round the holly, or real shadow from the decoupage but it really makes those holly leaves pop. Brilliant colouring too.
