Hi everyone, hope you're all well and having a good weekend. Hasn't it gone cold! I do love winter but it's not good for the old bones and aches and pains! This week Dave has managed to hurt his back and is in agony - he's struggling to sit down, get up or bend down. The other morning he couldn't put his socks on so I told him to sit on the edge of the bed and I'd put them on for him. I knelt on the floor in front of him and all was going well until something clicked in my knee and I couldn't get up again! We were laughing and crying in pain at the same time. Eventually I managed to drag myself up by leaning on the bedside cabinet and once I was up I was fine, lol! What a pair!
My card today is the second one I made using the beautiful papers from Kaisercraft's Periwinkle collection. On this card I also used the matching bird stamps. Hope you like it.
I'm entering this into the following challenges:
That's it from me for now, thanks for visiting.

Gosh, sorry but sounds like something from a comedy programme, but I can't get up these days without resting on something to give myself a push.
Hope Dave's back gets better soon.

Like?! Nah! I LUUUUUURVE it. The colours are so pretty. Nicely warming, just what you need this time of year. You poor things getting all broken. Cod liver oil, perhaps? xxx

Liz x
So gorgeous Katina - I love the colours and how beautifully everything goes together. Your rolled roses are simply stunning.
When I was in my 20's, if I ever complained to my late father about an ache or a pain, he would smile at me and say: "Wait until you get older (he was in his 60's then) - you will wonder what you were complaining about!" Now that I entered my 5th decade last year, I definitely wonder what I was complaining about back then. Nothing worse than a sore back - your poor hubby - but you did make me smile with how you described your situation - you are too funny!
