More CAS

Hi everyone, hope you're having a good week and are keeping well. So far we've escaped the snow but we are due to get up to 15cm tomorrow. I hope it doesn't last too long! Just a quick post tonight as I want to catch up with what you've been making. My card is one I've made to have in my 'handy to have' box and was inspired by this week's challenge at The Paper Players. This week it's a colour challenge that really was a challenge for me, as it's not a combination I usually use. I've used a butterfly stamp set from Craftwork Cards and although the colours I've used aren't exactly the right shade, I hope they're okay. Sorry about the rubbish photo!

Health update! Dave went for his pre-op on Tuesday and all was well and set for tomorrow. However, when I arrived home this evening there was a message on the answer phone to say it's been cancelled due to a shortage of beds.Hopefully it'll be third time lucky! He has to phone on Monday to get another date. My appointment at the eye hospital was okay. My eye pressure is fine and the drainage channels are fine but my optic nerves are a 'strange shape' that could be due to damage or the way I was born. I've got to go back in a few weeks for another test on my peripheral vision. If that's okay, then it's nothing to worry about. The cataract is still very small so that's being left as it is.
